how to calculate tuning frequency

If i have a box already made and know all deminsions such as this:

Volume: 1.75 cu. ft.

Depth: 19"

Height: 13 1/2"

Width: 17 1/2"

Port Height: 12"

Port Width: 1 1/2"

Port Length: 25"

how do you calculate the tuning frequency? what is this box tuned to?

I get it tuned to ~33 Hz. That was by throwing some numbers into BBP6.

My volume came to be about 1.65 ft^3. I assumed those were external dimensions.
