and on a more serious note, why not instead of asking for the PERFECT FORMULA just hang around the forums and learn a bit and perhaps attend some meets around your area

you arent going to get the maximum spl possible by me just telling you to build a wall and put 20 subs in it, or 2 bee tee els

ok another few points.

1) The price limit isnt a big deal. The cheaper the better. But definitely not a massive amount of $. im kinda poor since im paying for a house and car and gf.

2) no i cant take a joke from you. i dont like you.

3) I have been a member of these forums for probably about 6 months. I have been browsing and reading this forum and a few others about car audio for a little over 2 years. I still havent picked up a whole lot about competition systems.

4) There are no competitions in my area. Even the closest city isnt that big on loud sound. It doesnt help that i like 2 hours away from the city and work more than not, so i cant always go to the ones that do happen.

bullshit! price is always a big deal if you have tons of cash dont ask us azzholes on ca.com go to a shop that has a good rep and try something with them. but really how much do you want to spend we need a budget before we can reccomend anything buddy...and there is not set in stone formula but go to http://www.ddaudio.com me likes DD this is kind of a dumb thread to even start when your going to say money isnt a issue because money is always a issue in everything

well i dunno what a good budget would be for this. I've put about $800 in my car system (that is easily worth $1500) so maybe a budget of around $1500 to $2000 (canadian)

You're gonna spend a big chunk of your budget on alt, batts, wiring. Thats not gonna leave you much for the subs and amps. I would say to go ahead and get your electrical upgraded so you won't have to worry about that later.

You can read all about dbdrag there and many competitors frequent the site. You might like a Street A setup to start off with, which would be a single 12 or a couple 10's. It's better to become experienced before buying thousands in equipment and then not having the proper know how to score high.
