How much to install this sound system?

I just ordered all these things on crutchfield

2 sets of Polk Audio DXi6500 component speaker sytem

speaker wiring harness for both sets

2 kicker cvx102 subs

Kicker 12CX12001 1200W x 1 Subwoofer Amplifier

Rockford Fosgate Punch P500X4D 75W x 4 at 4 Ohms Car Amplifier

AudioControl LCQ-1 6 CH. Line Cov. w/ Equalization, Grey

Kicker 09PK4 Amplifier Wiring Kit 4 Gauge

Rockford Fosgate RFK4 Amplifier Wiring Kit 4 gauge Power

and i already have a jvc stereo in my 2000 jetta

How much would it cost me to have a box built for the subs and have everything installed?

2 hours south of me .prolly somewhere between 500-700 with the box .2 sets of components 50 per door ,100 for both kits ,250 for the box.you may not need the lcq6 tho ,but if that get wired up ,another 100.all this is a rough estimate plus the deck still has to be pulled out again

take it to shop around here it will be closer to 800,custom built ported

the lc6i is used when adding subs to a factory deck only

Dude, search up how to hook up subs it's not that hard at all.

800 to hook that up and get a box made? I'm real happy I can hook up my own stuff

Dude the hardest part about hooking up a system is telling the difference between a plus sign and a negative. + an - if you can do that your off to a head start. Next read up on ohms. Read up on what wire gauge you need to run the current that your amp will pull over the length needed. Even if you put in a new radio you get a wire harness adaptor thats color coded to the wires on the deck.

Run a fuse 12 inches from battery on amp wire. Find a good ground. Not really that much to it

PM sent. I live right next to you and can do everything for way cheaper. I can install everything for about $250-300, you just have to pay for the supplies for a box.
