how much spl can i expect to lose

going from my 15" btl to a 9510g?

i know its mostly vehicle/install dependent, but on AVERAGE what are peoples losses?

its going to be on the same amount of power, but tuned alot higher...right now the btl is around 32 i think, the 9510 is going to be around 38.....

also ill be able to adjust the box for the 10 to have port/sub facing any direction i want, unlike the btl which is sub/port forward....

I switch back and forth between my BL 10" and my 15" TC3K, the 3K is noticably louder, but the BL sounds lower??

It maybe because of the difference in tuning though, one box is tuned to 35hz one is tuned 40hz.

You will lose approx 2.7834 db's.
Im sorry I can't be more accurate, but you didn't include all the details. If you tell me the box types I can get it to 8 decimal places for you.
