How much sound deadening for front doors and trunk lid?

Thats all I plan on doing for now I think. Will 37.5 sq ft be enough if I use only 1 layer and don't get excessive with it?

If I do this I'm gonna do raammat bxt 2 because its on sale for 90 bucks for that much right now. If I need more though I'll have to find a cheaper alternative because I have spent way too much on audio equipment already and my budget is running low.

grand prix gxp

and ya i don't plan on overdoing it. im gonna try to take an approach towards the 25% of coverage kills 90% of resonance theory. Plus I can always add more later.

I got the raammat.

90 for 37.5 isn't bad considering the thickness of it (60 mils I believe). I think I can probably get my front doors and trunk lid as long as I don't over use it.

Anything else I should do in terms of sound deadening? Not looking to buy anything real expensive but I'm wondering if something like a little foam behind the speakers wouldn't help to stop potential rattle? also I've heard the spoiler on my car is pretty bad for rattling. What can I do about this?

This was enough Damplifier Pro to stop a 1508 from making my trunk lid "ring":

big opening such as..? and where can i find that for a reasonable price?
I think you can just use open cell foam, like what is in a couch. That would prevent a mess //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif...
