How much should I offer for this?

I bought a 95 Nissan Maxima for a beater car ($1200 - no mechanical issues with the car, 135K miles - how could I say no to that?!)

It is pretty beat up on the body, but I don't really care.

It has an aftermarket stereo; a Pioneer CD player and some Pioneer speakers all around. The sound is decent, but it has 0 bass. I wanted to add a sub to it, but I don't really know much about car audio, which is why I'm askng you experts.

I was thinking about picking the following up:

But I don't know if it's good quality or what a fair offer to make on it is. I also don't know how to install it myself.

Have him deliver it for $50 and stick it on cracklist for $500. You never know.

dont go with sony, browse around our classifieds section and youll find some deals

there are a number of decent subs you could probably find for 150 or less here, then an amp for 150-200. wiring will run you another 50-70

For low budget ALWAYS look used. And you don't need to pay to install... do it yourself.
