How much power for 12" SeXXX in a SS

How would the Hifonics BX1500D (maybe 1300 watts) be combined with a 12" SeXXX in a Snailshell??

I see SeXXXs going for about $200 in the Classifieds sections.

A BX1500D will run you about $240ish via eBay. A lot of people rag on Hifonics and say they don't put out rated RMS but from actual bench tests I've read, they put out relatively close to what they say. Maybe 100-150w off, if that.

Well I am going to make a SS and I have the sub and amp.. I was just wondering if it is a good combo..and the amp puts out about 1300-1400 right?
