How much power can I push to them

Just picked up some jbl s3 1224 subs for a great price and there rated at 500w rms and was wondering how much power u could push to 2 of them. 1100-1200 maybe? Haven't found much of anything about these subs online so figured I would post here.

The correct answer is, as much as you can. There is no such thing as too much power. It's easy to take away if it's too much.

Yup. Input voltage determines amplifier output power more or less.

Depends on the enclosure volume as well.
