How much of a difference between 400RMS and 1200RMS?

Your numbers are really high, I've got less than that in my system.
Cut that about in half and you're closer.

What could I cut in half? The subs still would only be 4kRMS, that price isn't even including my upgrades to my electrical system. So I'm looking for at $2700
