How much mdf for one 12" sub sealed(1-1.2 cu ft) and some 6.5 mdf rings?

Looking to go out and purchase some MDF from either lowes or home depot. Question is, I don't know how much I should purchase. Is there a certain amount you guys recommend starting with?

maybe measure your box and make a cut sheet
