how much is your vehicles car audio worth

Right now in my car I have less then $800 invested. Not bad for how it sounds and how loud it gets. I have a $140 worth of Edead still to be installed so. A little under $1000 dollars in my car. There are other little expensives i've forgotten what the were, so its close to $1000.

Not many mentioned damping material costs, an indirect relation to audio, right? I think I spent WELL over 500 on damping and sound absorbtion stuff, not including my free roll from anthony.

btw, anyone wanna play "how much is your home audio worth?"

I think my amp is at $500 a watt, i think.

CD player is at a puny $250 per bit. lol~ unless i'm wrong and it's got a 1 bit DAC, then it'd be a different story.

measuring speakers, wonder if anyone has calculated $ per 1mm cone travel. lol~

You've got quad KT88's running P-P, right? Thirty WPC, thereabouts?

That would put your amp at $15,000 USD //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

my home stuff is all old except my sub and wharfedales denon dra-1025r reciever my sub i got at an employee discount was right at 190 then i have some b and w 600 series bookshelfs.....

i feel like having a go with the seas thor kit for my bedroom and the old tube amp. However, sensitivity wise, the speakers don't seem to be overly efficient.
