How much is a blown Fi Q worth?

I have a blown 12" Fi Q. I have a friend who maybe wants to buy it but i want to know what a fair price is.

It's dual 2 ohms. Not even sure exactly whats wrong with it but it stopped working after about 6 months of having it. I bought it brand new.

A new fully loaded Q goes for $285. A recone costs $85. What do you guys think this blown sub is worth?

Well a recone kit is 85, plus lets say 60 for shipping to and back? So i'd say at most 140, so around 120?
