I would think 3/4" would be the ideal size..1 inch seems too much.

Why not just use wire loom? With the right install you shouldnt need that...

3/4 cause it will shrink and expand.

that stuff stretches a little. if you get it, be sure to get some heat shrink as well to overlap from the sleeve to the wire, crimps, or whatever. it will keep the ends from fraying and it looks so much cleaner. i use that stuff a lot, in fact i just wired up the new chassis with it. the biggest JL dealer in my area (he races as well) was impressed with how good it looks.

yea, dont go too big, it fans out a little and looks sloppy around bends if it is too big. i had to use some bigger stuff on one section of the kart. i'll take a pic and show you what i mean.

yea, the stuff i super light weight and chan fit in a tiny box.
