@ how much extra weight would you improve suspension?

for the average SUV (trailblazer for example, later models)

how much extra weight (system weight) would make you increase suspension resistance (better shocks/struts, springs, etc)?

i have about 200-250lbs total for my system. basically like a fat dude, in the rear at all times. is this just something i can offset by adding a few extra pounds of air to my rear tires, or should i consider suspension upgrades?

my old 1991 volvo 940 needed new suspension...

i had about 200+ lbs of stereo stuff in the trunk and it dropped it probably a good 2+ inches...

no need for lowering kit //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i had air bags put on my tahoe to support the weight that i had. far more than what you mentioned.

the air bags bolt to the frame and mount to your leaf springs. for my tahoe it was only about 270 installed.

Just the box in my car was 250+ lbs not including subs amps or batts. My car would EAT tires . It lowered the rear end enough the tires would ride on the inside edge lots of neg camber.
