i paid in upwards of like $80 or so for a 4 gauge rf kit at best buy 2 years ago..it's hella cheaper to just build it yourself unless you can find a cheap one. $75 sounds pretty good to me for a complete kit depending on gauge size (bigger than 4)

Well that welding site mentiond above would cost you 29.40 for 21' of 1/0 cable and the other kits cost 70-75.00 for that and a fuse holder.

but make sure it's not 90% jacket and 10% wire. (not real 1/0 basically). there was a thread a while back about that.
