How much deadener for 2 doors and trunk lid?

About how much deadener would i need for 2 large doors (monte carlo) and for the trunk lid? Is there any other places i should do without tearing up the carpet?

measure it up, take an estimate on how many square feet you have, and then go from there

chirst people, just measure your doors. etc. and buy accordingly.

Area of 1 door = width x height

now double that for 2 doors

then add...

Area of trunk lid = width x height

then double if you want 2 layers

"without tearing up carpet" if youre going to take the time to remove the door panels its probably not any more effort to get behind a few panels in the trunk, theres probably a few areas in the back that would help a lot. tail light area for most cars

Dont forget it should be double per door (inner and outer skins)...

Always good to go a little over, you can always sell it, instead of waiting for more...they sell quick

like u said inner and outer layer but can u put a layer on the plastic itself or is that useless like the actuall door panel
