How much can one run take?

i have one run of pos, and neg, knukoncepts kollosus 1/0 wire to my back batt, i plan on running two hifonics 1606D amps and a 400 watt 4 channel off of this, its about 3000 watts ish, and maybe 200-220 amps, can one run handle this? or should i go down and back again?

1/0 can handle 300-350 amps without endangering the wire. But the resistance may be too high and your voltage drop (and amperage go up) from front to rear while under full tilt too much. Running a second run will lower this resistance and you'll have less of a voltage drop. Most likely 1 run will do it. Only way to find out is try.
