I sent a product out to someone in Florida. We agreed that i would chrage his credit card after he recieved the product to verify it was what he wanted. Well when i went to charge the credit card it was declined. So he agreed to send me a money order. He claimed to have sent it out Oct. 30. And today is november 9. He claimed to have sent it registered mail. He kept in touch with me up till about saturday. Now i have sent hime several emails and PM's and he has not ansered one of them. I know that he has been on here recently, today as a matter of fact, so he had to see that i sent them. How lond should i wait till i do something. Also what would you suggest doing. I am a little worried as this was a expensive deal. i would like to keep the name of the person anyomous for now. Unless there is some way you can help me figure this out then i will PM it to you.

Please give me your opinion.

You should get urs and his local police involved; there are numrous charges for this; internet fruad; felenoy; and others.

well i got his credit card number to verify it to make sure it was legit. I was going to charge the credit card at a friends business since i do not currently have one at mine. I talked to the dud about it and he was cool with that. Me charging it at a friends business. So i verified the credit card through a cervice my friend has that come with the charge machine. Everything came back alright numbers, date, address, everything. So i sent out the product and he gives me the go ahead to charge the credit card. So when i finally go to charge it, it was declined. So i call him up and email him. He says sorry it didn't work but it should have. So we agree that he sends a money order instead. Which brings me to present day.

i am up for a road trip. Let me know if you want to seriously go. Cause i am pissed as hell right now and can't sleep b/c of it. I am a person that worries like crazy. I am trying to get ahold of him to track it but he has stopped responding emails about 3 days ago.

I am going to be making some phone calls pretty soon. I am going to be making some phone calls pretty soon. I am goign to be contacting the right people. Any suggestions on who i shoudl call to get a hold of th local police for this guys area.

The town is Winter Garden, Florida. Like i said it is near orlando.
