yeah i mean before the buyout my friend has some older SXs and i loved em but i wanted one step down cuz i dont have the money for the SXs, but what wattage would you reccomend on em?

i got my sx's for 200 each b4 they were discontinued. thats only 50 more than those se's. im sure you can find them even cheaper now. they will love 2500w, mine sure did.

meh, im lookin for new and the best i could find on 12" SX was 2 for 450, where as i can get 2 12" SE for 350. so it looks the RE *** will still work, and i should run em on 1500 watts? this is obviouslly a daily driver lol.

Not really a fan of the new series...had got a 15" SRx for the wife.....and it got upset after a couple weeks because i put 760 watts on it's rated 300......sad part is a few years back i knew a fella who had a SR (not x) clamped on a 1,000 watts...did just fine...sad it is

im running ported, does removing the plastic affect performance at all?

I can't speak for the se/x but I just got a pair of 12" of the older se Running from 1000w 4 cubes at 33 hz they get loud, low and sound awesome.

my se/xs are the same way. i had a friend who had ses and they were nice. so i personally i didnt have em, but hearing em and having mine, they sound real nice

RE is probably the most successful "internet company" thus far. They went from being forum boners with no retail backing to a small consumer following to being bought out by USamps and now being pretty much like the other major sub players RF, kicker, etc

I built a box for two SX12s...one was a 2005 model and one was a 2008 model. On the first burp, the 2008 model sprung a coil (I managed to get a 152.1). I vote no on RE subs unless you get them from TeamPSI.
