How is this sub (Soundstream Van Gogh VGW-12)... i can get it for like $110 for on 12" (brand new) with a 1" year warranty... here is hte specs for the sub..

had a chance to listen to one a few weekends ago, not bad for a SQ sub, but I rather spend the extra and get a Exact 2 from ebay.
