How in God's name do you post this high of a score?

You can wall 2 10's. and a blow through is a trip to a tool rental place and $75 for the accordian boot.
I actually think a wall would be easier. So if i especially since i'll sell the truck later. So if i made a "wall" i would just wall off the whole extended cab part. Then make the actual box behind the wall screwed/glued on?(because 2 10's i was figuring about 3.5^3)

Build your enclosure, then build a front baffle to help seal it off. You can use xpanding foam as a seal around the baffle.

 
you want 6k with a 200amp alt? You might need a lot more SPL dust for that. You might want to go with a dual alt setup. 2 200 amp alts
i think you will be much happier with this set up, in cost and in performance

im all for overkill but this is just bullshit.

people (like me) do this all the time with a stock alt

i have 2 20.1's which put out who knows what kind of power on 1.4 ohms strapped.

it holds at 12.2 just fine during my runs.

is it 13.8 or 14.4, no but its working just fine for me.

Agreed, I have 6 deep cycles in my truck on a stock alt and I dont drop below 13 volts. I dont drive around at full tilt either.

 
Hell I ran for two years of MECA world finals with a stock 90 amp alternator and 4 AGM batteries. I too didnt roll around with my setup banging before the event and took him 2nd in Street 3 (one of the hardest classes in MECA) out of 20+ competitors AND pulling 155+ on the TL. Sometimes you can get away with alot less than you think.

what does your car sit at when off?
Truck off, battery rack is at 12.8v. 14.1v when running. I charge them before a competition or after beating on the system for a while. I could get by without charging them they seem to bounce back pretty well.
