how i make a circle jig for my router...

well the first jig i made finally broke when i dropped my router the other day so i figured i would make a better one, i used 1/4" lexan to make it, on to the pics...

starting materials

drilled two holes and countersunk the screws

next i traced around the rounters base (inside and outside of the circle) so i could make my lines to cut, i used a jigsaw to cut everything and it went a little smoother than i thought it would, anyways, heres the finished product... i will drill the holes for the circles as i need them
