Well, how hard is it to get financed for a laptop from BB or Circuit city? i'm 21.. i got on my custom built comp this morning and it worked fine. came home and turned it on... it said read disc error so i opened it up everything is connected fine. so i boot it up and same thing i even jumped the CMOS i don't know whats up. im tired of my desk and deskop taking up my whole room. so i just wanna sale my tower. think i could get 500 bucks out of it from retards on craiglist? i mean i just built it couple months ago, all new parts.

No, no disc, it should boot up with no problems and i know i dont have to update the BIOS they're fine.

well actually a lot of times there are things they can do to lower the price, it just really depends on who you talk to. On a side note- i never had much credit, and CC gave me a 3000 limit card, COMPUSA gave me a 2500 one, BB game me a 2500 one, and i got one recently from staples for like 4000. I think as long as you have never really f'd up they might give you something.....

try those places like check into cash or other stores of that nature, you will have a high interest rate, but it will help build your credit for the future..

No Loans at all. i applied at every credit card company you can think of... i can never get approved. i had a 800 dollar nextel bill i ended. but that was years ago so i guess thats why

The no disc error means your hard drive is dead.

Buy another one and install your operating system and save yourself about $600 from what a decent laptop would set you back.
