how does this work

Millionbuy didn't pay me back my shipping money for an item that was proven to be a manufacturing defect. 1st they didn't even beleive me about the defect and thought I just blew the sub... I had to pay about $120 just on shipping to get the sub. (original shipping cost, plus return shipping cost)
