How does this system sound?

I have come up with a system that I think will be good for my crew cab silverado. First off I know it will have a lot of Alpine stuff, I personally love alpine stuff and has worked great for me.

Head Unit- Pioneer AVH-X3600BHS

Speakers Front- Alpine SPR-60C

Rear- Alpine SPR-60

Amp- PDX-F4

Debating either fox or sub thump, leaning towards thump.

Subs- 2 Alpine SWR-T12

Sonic Electronix paired up a MRX-m110 or PDX-M12, thinking the mrx

The swr's are prone to coming unglued. Hu is decent, I run the same one. You won't get too many ppl on here agreeing with Alpine gear (paying a lot for the name), but I think you have a pretty decent set up. Are you open to another type of sub?

The rear seats are really tight have to be shallow. If the swr's have that problem, what other ones are there? They are pretty expensive, but I figure go with the devil you know instead of the devil I don't know. Unless amazon, crutch field, and so forth has different reviews. haha.

Skar vd12d2.They have these at Sonic....and a much a better price. Run them with the mrx @2 ohm load

I'll hand it to Alpine, they have great marketing on that T12 on their website.

Alpine isn't bad, but it is a main stream company. Type R 10's were the first subs I installed in my car. They were vary accurate in a sealed box. The shallow mounts are extremely expensive though

I agree, the shallow mounts are way overpriced. Type R's are very punchy in a sealed box.

OP, might I suggest Dayton HO 12's from partsexpress. They are 4 ohm and works great in tiny enclosures. Only about $150 each
