Custom Speaker Box Fits 2-12's

Found a custom box for dual 12s on craigslist... looks like its pretty decently built but I need help from people who know more than I do about enclosures. It's obviously set up to be reversed mounts, so it looks like there is very little airspace which is what Im confused about. The guy told me its ported and he had some mmats pro cast subs in it.. which are quality subs. Looks like he took out the back seat and made the enclosure as seats.

Any input on this?
