How does Audiobahn compare to Diamond Audio D9 series

I think W7s and D9s are very close but the D9 can be bought for alot cheaper

for some reason,I think I paid 450 for my pair on ebay BNIB..

Having heard both brands flagship sub woofers I preferred the D9 personally

The D9 will usually run pretty good with 1200 watts(i have my pair off a 2500D)

I am not so sure a W7 wants that high wattage however...

Its all debatable,as for Audiobahn which I think is total junk

I wouldent even put them in the same class of either brand

I think I came to that same conclusion lol. I can't wait to hear this setup. I didn't hear from you today so I went ahead and bought the amp from my nephew.

so what was your amp situation? I am running my D9 12 off 1 1500.1 and it does great. I have heard two d9 12s off of the d6 1000.1 and it was still loud, so 2 off the 1500.1 would be even better but I would even go so far to run each on its own amp. And also to stick with the whole matching amp thing. Then again I think you need to just get another D9 amp. That way you can display your D9 crossovers and have everything matching. Should sound really good depending on the install. Good luck and post pictures.

I will. I only wish the D9 Series had a one channel amp. I am going to paint the amp covers Kandi Brandywine like the stripes on the "Super Snake" I'm building.

Thanks! DK I wasn't able to get the Diamond amp we discussed from on here. I am leaning still on Diamond for the complete package. Here is what I was able to get from my nephew for pricing61500.1 - 425.00

(2) D9 12" - 675.00 both

(2) D971 components 525.00 each set

(1) D9800.4 - 750.00

All equipment is new. It this a good deal? I am getting the Carputer you suggested to me also.
