Mark (spkrman) said that it took him a few months to get the process down to both usable and cosmetically tolerable results.its PVC pipe... you have to heat it up and have a bowl or something and bend/curve it to the shape. from what i hear it takes a while and is somewhat hard to get used to.

where do you get the stuff?
w/ a mounting flange?those flared pvc ports are not hard to do at all, I did a 4" flared port ina couple minutes, turned out fine.

get a heat gun and voila flared port city.
