how do u check amp fuses

just like the title says,i unplugged my amp and relocated it to a place and when i plugged everything back in my amp doesnt get any power,ive rewired it like 10 times but it never has power and i dont really know how to check my amp to see whats wrong or how i can get it running again

will places like walmart and meijers have these or maybe something like autozone,ive searched diff websites for 25 amp fuses but im finding nothing and i dont really feel like ordering them if i could just go pick them up right now

25's should be easy to find...it's the 40's you have to look hard for

im way past that,i know theyve been popped and im now wondering what kind of places sell these bcuz im not finding them on the store websites ive checked
