yes, 2 DVC 4ohm subs can be wired either 4ohm or 1 ohm

>for 1 ohm>come out of the + side of the amp, go to the + on the 1st vc of each sub, then from there to the + of the 2nd vc of each sub

then go from the - of the amp to the - on the 1st vc of each sub, and then from there to the - of the 2nd vc of each sub

so basically you are wiring all your positives together and all of your negatives together
