Nah cuz. first off jus cause 4 is a bigger number den 2 dont mean it will put out more power. infact if you wire it at 2 you will get more power then at 4. with the amp you got,( in my oppinion) your jus teezing it. i ran 800w on my last one and it cherry:thumbupw: anyway so your specs on your amp is somthing like 520w @ 4ohms and 575 @ 2ohms and 550 bridged correct? so no need sell your sub you got. (correct me if im wrong guys) but you can wire your sub down to 2 ohms and get 575w instead of doing what you want to do and bridge it. so take it out of that mode and wire it at 2. heres a site to show you you wanna use the diagram that says "1 sub dvc 2/8"ok so my manual says "capable of operating at a minimum impedance of 4 ohms when in bridged operation" So should I wire it at 8 ohms? Thank you for your help.

In that diagram, isn't it showing it bridged at 8 ohms? How would I wire it down to 2 ohms without bridging it and still having power?(correct me if im wrong guys) but you can wire your sub down to 2 ohms and get 575w instead of doing what you want to do and bridge it. so take it out of that mode and wire it at 2. heres a site to show you you wanna use the diagram that says "1 sub dvc 2/8"
