how do i smoke meat?

what kind of grill do you have?
it is one of those new braunfels smokers barrell type. it has like a chimney coming out of the top. cast iron grilling grids that i had to season. thanks to all of you they are cooking right now. i just didn't know about the water thanks

 
You have to buy about 12 cartons of cigarettes, inhale, exhale on the meat. After about 3 or so hours of doing steps 1 and 2, and if your still alive you stick a therometer in the meat and if it reads about 40 degrees farenheit, your meat has been smoked and is fully done.. I hope i have assisted you in your first meat smoking!
