How do I seal my doors?

I have a set of SLC 265 Kicks and figure sealing the doors will improve the SQ for the mid bass, how do I go about doing this? The vehicle is a 2001 GMC Jimmy 4 door. Any help is great.

i like to use paneling and silicone for the big holes. If you ever have a regualter problem you can rip it back off.

Ok, would I be able to use the mount that is already in the door? It is a blue plasitc mount from the sotck system, I can seal it up well with some gasketing. The big thing is that car doors are wet so water needs to get out of it. I know that all car door get water in them as I work with some people who actually designed the doors for cars like the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Would it be safe to fill all holes with plexiglass except for the drain hole? Also what sound deadening material do you guys recommend that will work but isn't super expensive.

I haven't used eDead personally, but that web site I linked above, states that eDead is inferior to RAAMmat BXT.
