How do I remove this?

I am trying to remove this metra dash kit to install a new radio in its place so I can have an aux port for my phone and my music when my cell phone is connected thru the 3.5mm jack. I'm ready to do the wiring. I just need to know how to get the radio back out.

I've never removed one of these dash kits before so I don't want to risk breaking it.

Push the tabs on each side of the dash kit down and pull the unit out.
