The stock grill is quite restrictive. I am trying to figure out what the best way will be to make it less restrictive. I originally thought about just cutting a hole and mounting a grill to the door skin. Well, this has proven to me more difficult than it sounds. The OD of the grill has to be exactly 6" for that idea to work. All of the ones I am finding are either 5.5 or 6.5-7" OD. Any other ideas? Is there a way to cover is with some type of material if I just cut a 6" hole? Feel free to shoot me any ideas you have. Thanks!
