how do i messure my grounding resitense?

i need to know if my grounding is proper, so can someone explane how do i messure the resitense , i think i have what i need.

the same way you measure impedence on a voice coil...in ohms. touch your positive eletrode to the grounding terminal on your amp and touch the negative electrode to the bare metal area where you have your ground bolted to. do this with the amp powered down. this will measure what kind of resistence there is on your ground wire.
