How Do I Deaden THIS?

As you can see my door is already sealed OEM, and there is no metal for the speakers to vibrate on as the entire inner door cover is plastic.... But I'm still not getting as good mid ads as I think I should from my current components. (image dynamics ctx65s)

I thought about taking off the plastic cover but seeing as my speaker doesn't hold on to any metal I think it would be a lot of work for nothing... Any suggestions?

Deaden it then put plastic back on. Or deaden the plastic its self

I would take that plastic off and deaden the inside of the door, then put that plastic piece back on and deadener all over that too.
