when i worked at a hardware store and i had to deal with people wanting to return stuff or had a question etc. i would be an dick to people who had a shitty attitude and i would be nice to people who were nice to me, although Knus CS blow sweaty chode, and kicker hung up on me the last time i called, but ive never had any issues with DC, Sundown, or TREO

You know who has good CS? Image Dynamics. They answer any and all questions on the phone or through emails. My buddy who had the xs65s sold his tweets, and was going to sell the mids and crossovers. The car was totaled and it took him a few days to get out to his car and remove the audio. Something happened to one of the mids and crossovers. He called and explained the situation and they sold him a whole xs65 set for extremely cheap.... I love ID!

There are very few cases where someone absolutely needs to talk to a manufacturer over the phone. There are many manufacturer specific forums online where trouble shooting or product questions can get answered fairly quickly. For something like warranty work send an email with an accurate subject line and it'll get handled in a timely manner.

Unfortunately the MANY calls/emails asking things like "Do I have to use Sundown equipment to be on Team Sundown?" clog up the system making it tough for the legitimate questions to get answered quickly.

Was this item bought new? Sundown Audio amplifiers carry a transferable warranty but it's very important to have the original invoice of that amplifier. Subwoofers do not carry a transferable warranty.
