When customers speak their mind on these forums people come out the woodwork like you slapped their mom? If i were to say so and so company sucks and have a valid reason,everyone of their minions would try to bash me and call me a liar. Like i think the guy from AA/FI is a asshole(judging by his posts on SSA) everyone thinks i'm in the wrong. We are customers and some of you guys let these people talk to you any kind of way,i don't think Sundown's cs is all that great,i mean you can't even call them up or pm them. You have to send a email and hope they get back to you,or one of the Sundown people can sell you some shit that breaks in a week and then say,oh there was no warranty and if you speak on it,it's your fault. The best company by far on cs is DC Audio,even though at times he can take forever to respond to emails.

yeah a lot of those "bad ***" companies come across as assholes to me too your not alone. I had 3 different HO alternator companies NEVER get back to me, ONE of the others did. Wont say who was who but yup I feal that. I had 600 dollars in hand for like 3 f-ing weeks waiting to hear from a sub builder took him close to 3 months...its BS sometimes.

because some people have a bad experience with a good company no matter how good it is. and those who have the traditional good experience are happy enough that they will defend the company. i personally think sundown is pretty good. jacob always gets back with me in a timely manner and goes out of the way to help me out even if hes not making money off me. thats my opinion. if you had a problem then share your experience and take it up with them. if you say the guy from FI is a doucher then ill look into it before buying but if he was nice to me and treated me like fuller has then i probably will call bs or ignore what you said.
