We are customers and some of you guys let these people talk to you any kind of way,i don't think Sundown's cs is all that great,i mean you can't even call them up or pm them. You have to send a email and hope they get back to you,or one of the Sundown people

How many "people" do you think Sundown is?

can sell you some shit that breaks in a week and then say,oh there was no warranty and if you speak on it,it's your fault.

Fairly standard terms for SPL equipment that's subjected to abuse regularly. I don't know of a speaker manufacturer that considers burnt coils, for example, to be a manufacturing defect.
