you could wire up all in parallel to drop to a 0.5ohm load

you can find some amps to handle that for relatively cheap (lanzar opti2000) ~$300

you can't really trust any numbers that you see on the internet anymore.

look in the classifieds and ask around if its a legit amp.

BUT based on a decent budget amp...i vote for the crunch.

the first dead giveaway is weight, then after that is gonna be the size of wire that is accepted at the input terminals...

Max wattage is another one.....ignore it completely.

would it be possible for you to buy another amp, or are you dead set on using the one that you have?

Are the subs i want to get ok? i noticed that no one is speaking on them.

They are Hifonics and i believe that is an off shoot of Directed Audio, and i like directed.

This set-up is for daily driving.

hifonics has nothing to do with directed.

hifonics, MB quart, Crunch and one other brand i believe are all under Maxxonics

Directed is in with Viper.

if you dont already have the subs just buy a pair of 12"s or something. your obviously not ready to run that many.

plus keep in mind quantity isnt everything. my single 12" is just as loud if not louder than several multiple sub set ups in my area. and mine wasnt even built for spl. my system is more sq based. my sub just happens to get loud

i am waiting till i know how the wiring is going to look before i buy anything. I can buy whatever amp/subs i am just trying to keep cost low.

THis is a totally new project down to the alts.

I still havent figured if i was going to use a wall.
