re-solder the leads back together if at all possible. If not recone it. What driver is that anyways? re sx?

Resolder. Unless one of those leads is broken off right at the cone?

Take dustcap off, and run new leads and solder them onto the coil exposed underneath the dustcap and reglue it on.
