here are the deminsions of my trunk:

35" deep(from back seats to opening of trunk)

37" across(from tire well to tire well)

16" high

wanting slot port...what can i do with these deminsions?

I went ahead and did it. You could prob find some deals on em' here. Could be that difference in gettin the subs you want. Plus they look sexy!!!

down in it. the length from the opening to opening is about 38" long

for two DCON 12's your dims would be 35x16x19, netting ~5 cubes, .3 cubes for the drivers, .1 cubes for your port, and .1 cube for misc. bracing = 4.5 cubes, 2.25 cubes per sub = optimal airspace according to SSA site

for two DCON 10's your dims would be 35x16x12 netting ~3 cubes, .2 for the drivers, .1 for your port, and .1 for bracing. Leaving you with a very slight amount of excess space.

You could, but to get loud, you'd need to drop more money to get better subs. I wouldn't cheap out on those E8s, i'd go for the legit SA-8s or some TC 8s. If you really wanna save up, get some DD8s

now im not looking to make the subs fire into the cabin and seal off everything. should i just keep the seats up and fire it normal?

fire back, seats down, less stuff for sound waves to go thru, but don't face the cabin, and will make them epic fail.
