2 SE 10's, 4 cubes net, 85 sq in of port, tuned 51 hz, 1000 rms per woofer. Absolutely love them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Not really a setup that you can listen to musi with, but I've done it for a second or two :p And even then they sound great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

hmm so you guys think a pair of 15"ers in a custom 6.8cuftbox ported to 40hz after displacement and a7+hc with a line driver delivering 9.5vRMS will be pleanty loud for a daily?

they take 600 easily, and sound crazy awsome with that.. I'm sure anything over 800 would be pushing it. For burps, they CAN take 1200, but not for to long.

i ran the SE with my dei at 2ohm (about 800 watts) and it took it all fine. 3" of voice coil isn't going to run into any power handling problem at 1kw. heck..even my 2" coil from idmax and 2.25" from the 10w7 takes 800 like nothing.

SE=eat more than u can send! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I'm just speaking words from Terry over at RE, he said the SE CAN take 1200, but only for burps..

Buthatsabuick- ide suggest u going with like anywhere from 300-750 or sofor wattage, 1 cu ft for sealed, and 2(moreSQ)-3(more SPL) cubes for a box. If this is compeition box, thats a whole other sotry, but for daily, ide say tune around 30 hz to get the best outa these subs.

hmm well the only thing im sure about is the box. i belive the a7 will do 700w to each sub but i dont plan to have gain really high. im glad to see everyone is happy with theirs. and the box is like 3.3cnft per chamber.

700 is perfect.. as for the box, is that sealed? 3.3 per chamber is WAY to big dsealed, even ported thats big, unless u didnt displace yet.

a watt amp will give me 1800 to each sub...

i'm thinkin bout the orion xtr pro 2500x1@2ohms or somthin like that so thats 1200watts to each sub :p

are there any betta amps, i got sexxx's
