How are Soundstream Tarantula amps?

Specifically this one.

2-Channel Tarantula Series Amplifier

RMS Power Rating:

140 Watts x 2 Channels @ 4 Ohms

280 Watts x 2 Channels @ 2 Ohms

560 Watts x 1 Channel @ 4 Ohms (Bridged)

I just need 100 watts at 4 Ohms, this should do it right?

The main reason I'm looking at this is for the built in crossover network.

What price are you getting it for?

Im asking only because theres a good deal I ran across on the Van Gogh series, which was the last line of Soundstream amps made by their original designer before they were bought out.

If you can get that Tarantula cheaper than $200, its a better deal.
