how are RL-P's?

i was checkin out that ssa website, and i was thinkin about the dual RL-P package...

thing is i've never heard an RL-P... i like LOUD bass, but not to loud... im around 140 now on music... id like to be able to do 145's daily... (considering 3 db is 2x as loud to the ear)

right now i have a mmats juggernaut... you think 2 12" rl-p's could do anything for me? i might pick up another sundown and put a sundown on each rl-p with dual 2's so 1500rms to each one?

or would i be better off with a 9500g... i always love me some dd

1500 is a bit much for the RL-p's. They don't need that much power, 750-1100 is fine. I love my RL-p, but you should see what more RL-p owners say.

+1 with the 1500. Thats over doing it a little. 1000 is a sweet spot. 2 sundown 1000's would be ideal. I loved my 2 15"s. I'm now running 1 15" in one blazer, and 1 18" in the other. Both RL-p's. I don't know if the output is going to be as much (it maybe close), but the SQ will far out do the mmats, imho.

I had a 15 and it was a great sub, gave it 1000 watts and it sang, mine was even sealed. I think it would have been better ported

Great subs. I think most people would be very satisfied running 2 of them on a single 1500. They sound really good and can get pretty loud.

I love my rl-ps. I have four 15's and its way overkill for daily driving. Before, I only had two and they sounded amazing.
