How are RE 8" subwoofers?

Didn't read through the thread, but from what I hear the newer RE 8's are poop.

Already knew that just figured their 8's were cheap didn't realize those Lanzars were that cheap too though lol.

What about a good pyle 8"?? I know they arent top of the line but they are cheap right? I ran a pyle amp one tyme at .5 ohm on 4 punch 15s , smoked the amp in a hurry, it was rated at 4000watts max, guess that was bologna!!!!!!

No thanks man I'd prefer not to have total trash in my truck that degrades the rest of its attributes.

i'm assuming the pioneer coaxials aren't trash? If you really think they aren't I have two pairs laying around you could buy.
