How Accurate is WinISD 7?

Basically what the title says. I use WinISD to model drivers whenever I do a custom box to make sure I'm getting a solid design. It's worked very well for me in the past, including my current system. When I graphed my current set up (2 Polk DXi1240's on 6ft^3 @ 28hz) it showed a very even bandwidth with a 0.2db peak at 50hz. In my car I peak + 3db at 39hz and it doesn't hit -3bd until 28hz or 60+hz. Not too bad considering it doesn't calculate cabin gain at all, still a very even sounding system.

Here's the issue. It really doesn't like newer drivers. I've punched in specs for Soundqubed, Sundown, Skar, etc... They all show a peaky response (+5db or more) with recommended enclosures and WinISD shows them as being comparable to my current set up. I just have a hard time believing it when it say that a Sundown X12 D2 on 1500 watts is only going to have an excursion of 13mm at 42hz when my Polks on 500 watts supposedly have an 11mm peak at 40hz...

The Sundown was in a 1.3ft^3 box (trying to even out the low end peak just because), but it still only showed a 14mm excursion in a 2.75ft^3 box at 33hz tuning.

The other thing is WinISD says that about a third of the drivers fail the integrity check with the manufacturers specs, but doesn't have enough of one or the other T/S parameters to calculate it out on its own.

Here's the deal, can I trust WinISD when it says 2 Sundown SA 12's on 1200 watts will have a relatively flat response with a 1.6 db peak at 39hz in a 3ft^3 box net tuned to 33hz or not?
