i thoroughly enjoyed the 2004 remake of dawn of the dead... the fact that there is NO hope for man kind in that movie does it for me...
house of a 1000 corpses is the most unoriginal gore infested film ever created... talk about retarded... why not call it texas chain saw massacre, again... no creativity in that movie

I loved DotD 2k4 as well... for a lot of the same reasons.

Best zombie movie in the world tho: 28 Days Later....

It's like every other zombie movie out there, except for the fact that they RUN AT YOU SO THAT THEY CAN BEAT THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF YOU!!

I will watch it soon. I think it will be good and have to agree with this Psyhco guy. Very good points on horror movies. I do however kinda disagree with you on the house of a 1000 corspes. They had to cut down so much shit on that movie by the time they edited it and cut out shots, then took it back off the shelves to take out more scenes due to it being too gorey and guresome, then I will say it was an ok movie, just probably would have been so much better. i dont under stand how they can make you cut out scenes in a movie b/c its too gorey. people are paying to make the movie and people are paying to see the movie. its rated r so anything should be allowed except ****. if its to gorey for rated r then make it rated m or somthing. thats why half the movies today **** is b/c they say they are too gorey. but as far as my oppinion on house of 1000 corpses, i think it would have been alot better if you hadnt seen texas chain saw massacre.

Then had to pull it once again to cut some more stuff out then they were able to put it out. So I am sure it would have kicked a-s-s if they went with the original plot. But nope, they wouldnt let it be.

I seen the old and new Texas Chainsaw massacare and to be honest, dont see the resemblence in those 2 movies.
