i liked it. there really isnt too much movies out there like that. other then saw and a few others. it kinda let me down tho. it doesnt start getting good untill last half as far as gore wise. but you got ***** in first half and gore in second half. all the stuff you see in the previews is in the last 45 mins of the movie. lol. but it was worth it for me. i got it free also so yeah ill watch it more then once. kinda glad i didnt go buy it tho. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but the eye did look kinda fake but was still a sick idea.

if you rated this movie low you obviously know nothing about horror flicks... This movie is atleast somewhat original, which in today's society is few and far between... They cut away from certain scenes because some things are better left up to the imagination... Some scenes are hard to produce, but it will be infinately better if you have to imagine it, hence why books are on average so much better...

this movie gets a solid A in my book

never played the game well enough to know its history... BUT, i'm sure it will lead you through and interesting story line... "scary" depends on your personal fears... killer movies don't "scare" me... but shit like The exorcism of Emily Rose.. SCARES me... because it has a real life references to the unkown... and the unknown is what i fear...

so will this movie be scary? only if you think this scenario is possible...

but i'm willing to bet it will be at least an average horror flick...

hahaha. nice. i'm not "scared" easily by movies. most fail to impress me. i think it'll be somewhat like resident evil. but still worth it.

most ppl going in to movies expecting to get blown away with the scary aspect, but that is exactly the reason why they aren't scary... if you go into expecting a good movie, you may be surprised on how well some of the scenes are put together... scary = difficult

To me, the most impressive part of amityville horror was how the vanwilder guy actually played his part. I was expecting him to **** as bad as he did in blade 3, but he actually did quite well.

I actually saw the oldschool amityville horror on some classic movie channel, and I can definately say that the new one was better.

I'm still all for the classic Texas Chainsaw tho... **NOT** because I'm trying to be oldschool, but just because I thought the rawness of the stuff they did made the movie a lot more real and therefore frightening

i thoroughly enjoyed the 2004 remake of dawn of the dead... the fact that there is NO hope for man kind in that movie does it for me...

house of a 1000 corpses is the most unoriginal gore infested film ever created... talk about retarded... why not call it texas chain saw massacre, again... no creativity in that movie

lol. or that one movie where everyone was turning to zombies, even the fish, and then in the end the "cleansing" began...that movie was effing hilarious than scary. i was laughing so hard.
